Talkback Functionality
A unique feature in such a compact headphone amplifier, this unit comes with talkback functionality, allowing a microphone connection that can be patched in to the 4 auxilliary headphone sends. This is used when a recording engineer or stage engineer needs to communicate with musicians in the recording booth or on stage. A footwswitch connection allows the mic to be toggled on an off. A switch for each channel selects whether or not the talkback is sent to that audio channel.
Listen In Channel
Making up the 5th channel of headphone amplification, the listen in channel allows the recording or stage engineer to listen to a specific headphone mix. A switch for each channel selects whether or not that auxilliary input is sent to the listen in channel. This functionality is imperative for optmising each musician's headphone mix.
